  • May 16: Club Picnic
  • May 30: Tailgate Sale @ Pearland High School North Parking Lot
  • June 13: FD Promotion @ Walmart - may be a problem, Walmart says no generators.  How will we operate with no power? David W5QDF will check with Walmart I-35 and Lowes on 518.
  • June 27-28: Field Day Volunteers, Ann Carroll W5TLB to organize food – Jimmy K5JTJ will bring five chickens

 

OLD BUSINESS:

 

  • Rick KE5ORA reported triathlon went well, done by 11 a.m.

 

NEW BUSINESS:

 

Community Support

 

  • JOTA will be held October 17.  This is a 24 hour communication event involving Boy and Girl Scouts around the world.

 

Stress and Distress

 

  • Dennis' W5DAG father in PA had open-heart surgery; all went well and he’s home now and recovering nicely.

 

  • Rick’s son-in-law still in army repairing helicopters.
